cTreatment works
Temperature
cTreatment only uses 100% safe temperatures. Warmth is energy. Depending on an overload, inflammation or rather superficial damage to the tissues, more or less energy will need to be extracted.
cTreatment applies the right temperature to perform a treatment as efficiently and comfortable as possible.
Time
The depth and type of tissues determine the duration of the treatment. The deeper the tissues to be treated, the longer the treatment will take with safe temperatures.
Some tissue types conduct
thermal energy easier than others e.g. muscle conducts thermal energy very well.
Pressure
To achieve optimal temperature exchange, it is essential to make maximum contact between the cPad and the body part to be treated. For this, the shape of the cPad is crucial in combination with the right pressure to generate optimal contact.
cTreatment uses static pressure that doesn’t risk pinching veins.
Temperature
Variations
For reaching deep tissue where high energy extraction is required, cTreatment will start using lower temperatures. To prevent
damage to the skin and nerves, cTreatment will apply periods of higher temperatures during a treatment. This without undoing
the effect of deep cooling.

Injury
Care.
Injury Care contains specific treatments for horses facing acute and chronic tissue damage. Common syndromes are superficial digital flexor tendinitis (SDFT) and Deep digital flexor tendinitis
(DDFT).
cTreatment provides specific treatments for the different phases within recovery.
Surgery Care offers specific treatments for horses undergoing surgery. We offer a pre-operative treatment that will reduce blood loss during surgery and thereby lower metabolism. All this results in less inflammation after surgery.

The following treatments with cTreatment focus on reducing pain and swelling without the need to administer
medication.
